Bursa's Future Discussed During Tourism Week
Sector representatives gathered in Bursa during Tourism Week to evaluate steps for boosting the city's tourism potential.
As part of Tourism Week, an important gathering bringing together tourism sector representatives was held in Bursa. AK Party Bursa Provincial Chairman Davut Gürkan also attended the meeting, hosted by Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Mayor Şahin Biba.
At the meeting, participants exchanged ideas on promoting Bursa's natural, historical and cultural riches more effectively, increasing tourism revenues and carrying the city to a stronger position internationally. Participants assessed the steps needed for Bursa to reach the position it deserves in tourism.
At the meeting, where the emphasis on sustainable tourism growth came to the fore, a message of unity and solidarity was conveyed with the slogan “Our work is Bursa, our strength is Bursa.” Uludağ's winter tourism stands out as one of the strong components of Bursa's tourism potential.
