How do I get a skipass? +
The online method is fastest: click the pass you want and open uludag.axess.shop in a new tab; if you already have an RFID card it activates instantly. If you bought a new card, you'll pick it up from the self-service kiosk at the gate or from the box office. The ticket QR code is sent by email.
Which lifts and slopes does the pass cover? +
Tickets cover all mechanical lift facilities on Uludağ operated by Uludağ A.Ş. Validity differs according to the ticket type you purchased and its operating hours (day ticket, night ticket). Sledding areas are not included in this ticket price.
What happens if I lose my card? +
If you lose your card, you can go to one of our sales desks and have your card renewed by purchasing a renewal ticket for a fee. To renew your card, providing the date/time you purchased it — or your username if you bought it online — will speed up the process at the desk. As a tip, if you photograph the front and back of your card when you first receive it, the renewal process will be completed faster. When the card is renewed, your old ticket is automatically cancelled and becomes unusable.
What is the refund and exchange policy? +

Our tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. As also stated in our contract, refunds only cover the following cases:

  • Online tickets bought for the wrong date are cancelled and refunded once a new ticket is purchased for the correct date and we are notified.
  • A refund is issued if a doctor's report concerning the ticket dates is submitted.
How do I return the RFID card at the end of the season? +
RFID cards do not carry a deposit. If the back of your ticket says "Single Use", you can simply throw it away; if it says "Multi Use", you can top it up online like credit for your next visits.
