Furthermore, since tickets are prepared and sold on a personalized basis, in order to determine that tickets are not being used by any person other than the ticket holder, you, as a customer, already consent, in the sense of the KVKK, to the installation of a camera system that will photograph passages at the turnstiles in the ski area. With a total of 20 cameras, you, as a customer, permit and consent to a photograph being taken at each ticket read at the 46 turnstiles to be installed at Uludağ and being verified via the server. You are aware that this turnstile system operates online via a cloud system, and that this system is fully compliant with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) in Europe, and you expressly consent to this.
3. Persons or Organizations to Whom We May Transfer Your Personal Data
For the purposes specified above, the persons / organizations to whom your personal and/or special categories of personal data shared with us may be transferred, with your consent, are: our direct/indirect domestic/foreign subsidiaries; the persons and organizations that are program-service partners from whom we receive services / with whom we cooperate in order to carry out our activities; Banks; domestic/foreign organizations; and other relevant third parties.
