Pre-Approval Statement

Pre-purchase approval statement for online ticket sales under the Distance Contracts Regulation · Last updated:

This statement is the pre-information notice that you will be asked to expressly approve before the payment step, for the ski tickets you purchase online through Uludağ A.Ş. The content below is presented so as to appear beneath the consent checkbox (the "tick box") during the order process.

Explicit Consent Statement

"I consent to my personal information being shared for security purposes or for other commercial purposes, and to being contacted. I have read and understood the explicit consent statement. I approve and consent to my personal data being processed in the ways set out in this statement, and I further consent to the processing of your special categories of data and to its transfer within and outside the country."

In addition, I am aware that the content of the commercial electronic message and other records relating to the transmission will be recorded and retained by your Company, or by other relevant parties to whom I have given my consent, so that they may be submitted to the Ministry where required. Within the framework of the privacy policies, I may also, at any time I wish, request that your company refrain from contacting me. In making this choice, I declare that I have also carefully read the Uludağ A.Ş. Sales Contract Rules.

This choice does not relate to the email communications associated with your Uludağ A.Ş. membership. You may change your Uludağ A.Ş. membership preferences at any time using the My Account menu.

Information Provided Before Ticket Purchase

Before purchasing the ticket, I declare that I have been informed of and acknowledge;

  1. all necessary information and contact addresses relating to Uludağ A.Ş.,
  2. all content relating to the ticket and service I purchase, as well as the total ticket/service price including all taxes and any additional charges,
  3. the information relating to payment, delivery and performance, and the dispute-resolution methods set out in the contract regarding complaints,
  4. the contractual information stating that I may submit my applications regarding disputes to the Consumer Court or the Consumer Arbitration Committee,
  5. that I have no right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation,
  6. that I have been informed, clearly and comprehensibly, that "if I confirm my ticket purchase order, I will be placed under a payment obligation,"
  7. that the ticket I purchase is personal to me and that I must not allow another person to use it, transfer it, or sell it, that this is prohibited and I am aware of it, and that I hereby consent to the turnstiles and the cameras installed in the ski area taking photographs, and that if, as a result of such photography, it is determined that the ticket I purchased has been used by another person, the ticket will be blocked and no refund will be made,
  8. that I am familiar with this pre-information and that, consequently, I have reviewed and am aware in advance of all the provisions set out in the Sales Contract,

and by checking this consent box, I hereby accept, declare and undertake the above in writing.

When You Press the "Buy" Button

When you press the "Buy" button, you are deemed to have accepted the following documents, including the terms regarding Returns and Changes and Cancellations:

As you are aware, all sales are subject to credit card approval. Please take care not to exceed the ticket limit specified during your transactions. Ticket purchases made above the determined limit will be cancelled without any prior notice. In the event of limit overruns, checks are carried out based on criteria such as address, email, name and credit card number.

Refund Policy

As a rule, all ticket sales are final. If you change your mind after purchasing your ticket, unfortunately cancellation and exchange are not possible. In the event that sold tickets are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed in any way, no ticket replacement/reissue or refund can be made. Once the sale is completed, sold tickets are not cancelled, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.

In refunds made for special reasons as a result of decisions taken by Uludağ A.Ş., the refund amounts are limited to the price written on the purchased ticket and the relevant service fee applied per ticket.

Ticket Delivery

Ticket delivery is carried out, according to the method you select, to the credit card holder, subject to identity and/or credit card verification.
