By purchasing a ticket, the customer undertakes to comply with the rules set out below from the moment of purchase. For detailed information about these rules before and after buying a ticket, you may also review the Distance Sales Agreement.
General Rules
- Skipasses belonging to Uludağ Ski Resort are purchased from www.uludagshop.com and from the ticket booths located at Uludağ Ski Resort.
- Our company cannot be held responsible for tickets purchased from other businesses, organizations or individuals. When such tickets are identified, the ticket is blocked or may be confiscated. Legal proceedings are initiated against the sellers.
- Customers who purchase a ticket are deemed to have acknowledged that they know how to use ski equipment and the facilities, as well as the ticket rules.
- Ticket holders are required to present their ticket to authorized personnel upon request.
- All tickets other than points-based (entry) tickets are personal. If a personal ticket is shared with another person, the ticket is blocked and disabled. In this case, Uludağ A.Ş. reserves the right to refuse to sell a new ticket.
- Online tickets are collected from the kiosks. If a kiosk is out of order, the customer is directed to other kiosks. The locations of the kiosks are indicated on our website.
Ticket Validity Periods
- The usage period of tickets is limited to the season in which they were purchased and cannot be carried over to the following season.
- 5 and 10 point (entry) tickets are valid for 30 days.
- 30 and 50 point (entry) tickets are valid throughout the season in which they were purchased.
- 3-hour tickets are valid only on the day of purchase. The usage period begins when the ticket is first scanned.
- Flexible tickets provide flexible use for the number of days specified, within 30 days.
Refunds, Cancellation and Blocking
- Tickets found to be used outside their designated age group are cancelled, and no refund is given.
- No refund is given under any circumstances, including cases of ticket blocking, adverse weather conditions, and the facilities not opening.
- In cases of adverse weather conditions, unavoidable breakdowns, or unforeseen situations that could endanger the customer's health, Uludağ Ski Resort reserves the right to close the facilities during the day without any ticket refund, postponement or change.
- The card replacement fee is 100 TL. In the event that a ticket is lost or damaged in any way, an exchange and renewal will be carried out upon presentation of the serial number printed on the ticket and the information receipt. No action is taken for a ticket whose serial number is not presented.
Safety and Use of Facilities
- Uludağ A.Ş. reserves the right to prohibit dangerous equipment and pets from being brought into the areas.
- Pedestrian tickets are sold separately and are valid only at the facilities for which they were purchased. A ski ticket (skipass) cannot be used as a pedestrian ticket.
- Wearing a helmet while skiing is mandatory. Uludağ A.Ş. cannot be held responsible for accidents occurring on or off the slopes.
